I’ve always loved Christmas music and over the years I’ve come to realize that there’s a certain subgroup of people that obsesses over Christmas music. Some listen to it all year round, some (like me), listen to it on repeat in November and December in order to squeeze the most comfort and joy out of these two months.

I decided to create the podcast, Deck the Pod, to celebrate the genre that tends to provoke a strong reaction from people, whether they love it or hate it. My first episode, “A Hanson Brothers Christmas” features guests Andrew Skerten and Molly Skubak to deconstruct the 1997 Hanson bros. album, Snowed In.
